Pizza topped with cheese then covered with candyfloss?

It's on Schmatz Beer Dining restaurant in Tokyo, Japan who is serving up this questionable dish.

It is topped with three different kinds of cheese, the pizza is then covered with candyfloss, followed by a drizzling of ginger and honey sauce – which deflates the candyfloss into a pink-hued syrupy mess.

This is to celebrate the blossoming of the cherry trees, cherry blossoms will be included in the ginger and honey sauce, but only for a limited time.
